BARN FIRE:  On the afternoon of St. Patrick's Day, our barn burned to the ground.  While we are grateful most of our animals were safely moved from the barn, our beloved pig Charlotte, turkey Mabel, cats Dudley & Jessie and many chickens and turkeys did not escape.  We are struggling to deal with the loss of our animal friends, and the reality of life without a barn to shelter the many animals who are still with us.
